build a service that is professional, commercial and
responsive. We appreciate that our clients engage our

Rates
Our rates comply with two industry standards:
Per recorded minute (PRM) of audio starting at a rate of $2.50/per minute (ex GST). This rate applies to audio that is clearly audible, 1-2 speakers, and has a 48 hour turnaround time. A PRM rate allows you to better identify upfront the cost of transcribing your digital files.
Hourly rate starting at $50/per hour applies for reviewing, editing, template creation, and copy typing.

Invoicing
We provide an itemised invoice at the completion of
individual projects or for ongoing clients we forward
invoices at the end of each month. All payments are due
within fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice. All
accounts exceeding payment terms will incur a daily finance
charge of 5%. All dishonoured payments will incur fees as
set by the bank/s involved.
